If you ever felt like this...
Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.
-
“I’m never going to be good at this”
-
“My self-worth is so tied to my jiujitsu training”
-
“Guys don’t respect my skill or being ‘weird’ to me”
-
“I’ve taken several breaks since I started because I dread going back”
-
“My coach doesn’t support me the way I want. And I don’t know if I would ever be able to find one that understands the emotional side of me.”
-
“I want to compete but I am scared of failure and injury.”
No, you're not alone.
I experience it, too.
My story as a female athlete and a mental health professional

Hey, my name is Chenxi.
I’m a mental health professional, a Jiu Jitsu competitor, and a former MMA fighter who is passionate about helping others grow.
I’ve faced the same doubts, fears, and frustrations that many women experience — feeling out of place in class, unsure of my skills, anxious about competing, and harrassment.
Through my own journey, I discovered how the lessons we learn on the mat — resilience, focus, confidence, as well as self-doubt, frustration, and disappointment — can shape life off the mat too.
Now, I’m here to help women like you train sustainably, transform the setbacks into strength, and carry the growth you gain into your career, relationships, and everyday life.
